| 摘 要： | 为了提高钢厂库区生产物料信息的实时性和准确性,设计实现了一种生产物料自动跟踪系统.物料跟踪采用行车吊运位置与吊运状态绑定的方法实现,运用旋转编码器检测行车位移,并通过射频识别定位对位移进行校准.采用称重传感器和电流传感器信息融合的方法实现行车吊运状态的识别.以热轧卷板生产成品入库流程为例给出了物料自动跟踪的软件实现方法...
