| 摘 要： | 扶植中小企业发展,充分扩大就业、推动技术创新,是我国现阶段产业结构战略调整的主要内容之一,中小企业尤其需要在建立企业社会信用并进一步获得市场和融资贷款方面的帮助.结合具体工作实践,通过探讨我国中小企业信用体系的发展背景、国内流行信用体系标准和信息化平台,根据对黑龙江省实际需求的分析,设计了网络平台的信息模型和提出一种具体的设计技术解决方案.

| Abstract: | Supporting development of the small and medium enterprise,full expended employment and promoting technogical innovation,are noe of the main contents for the industry constructure at present in China.The small and medium enerprises are helped in the construction of enterprise society credit and the market and financing.This paper discussed on the developing background of the small and medium enterprise credit system,the current credit system standard and the information platform,based on the practical demands in Heilongjiang province,designs a network platform information model,and presents a technological solution. |
