| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the designing process for the mechanical and electronic parts of infrared light & electricity rounding - speed surveying instrument. It is a highly precise instrument with light, mechanics, electronics and computer technologies as a whole. It is mainly used for the inspection of the rounding - speed for various kinds of motors. |
