试论大学生就业能力的培养体系

笔者结合自己多年的高校学生就业指导工作,总结归纳出培养学生就业能力的育人实施体系,包括实现一个目标、强化两种素质、建好三支队伍、提升四种能力、抓好五个组织等。学生就业能力的培养应该贯穿于大学生涯的整个过程,应不断加强引导,突出学生的主体意识,注重发挥学生的主观能动性,最终形成良好的就业心态和突出的就业能力。

On the Cultivating Mode of College Students' Employability

According to many years＇ experience in guiding the employment of college students,the author sums up an educating system for cultivating students＇ employability,which includes realizing one aim,strengthening two qualities,building up three teams,promoting four kinds of ability,commanding five groups etc. The cultivation of students＇ employability is supposed to be impenetrated in students＇ whole campus life,which should increasingly enhance the guidance,highlight students＇ awareness of being the main part,lay emphasis on bringing to full play of students＇ initiative to eventually shape students＇ favorable attitude and excellent ability of obtaining employment.
