空调箱箱体结露模型分析

摘    要:空调箱箱体内外壁面结露问题对箱体传热及性能起着重要影响。由空调箱箱体自身特点,建立箱体传热过程数学模型,通过求解得到箱体内外壁面结露公式,可以快速判断箱体内外壁面是否有结露情况,并经过实验验证,证明建立数学模型的可靠性。最后,分析影响壁面结露的影响因素:箱体厚度、导热系数、气体流速、环境温度等,给出设计建议。

Abstract:The box condensation of air handling unit is important for heat transfer and performance. According to the box characters of AHU(Air Handling Unit), mathematics model was developed to simulate heat transfer situation. By the model as one-dimension in the ordinary model, the formula to get the temperatures of outside wall and inside wall was obtained, which can be used to compare with dew-point temperature. By the experimental data, the result calculated by model matches with that by experiment well. Finally, the factors which influence the wall temperature, thickness of cabinet, thermal conductivity of cabinet, air velocity and air temperature were analyzed.
