LiCo_(1-X)M_XO_2的循环伏安性能研究

摘    要:采用高温固相反应法制备了掺杂的锂离子电池正极材料LiCo1-XMXO2(M=Ni,Al,Mn,Bi,Zn;X=0.1,0.2),通过粉末微电极循环伏安法对制备的掺杂化合物进行了快速研究.结果表明:掺杂Al元素和Bi元素,能同时提高LiCoO2的充电和放电电压,而掺杂其他元素,均降低其充电电压而提高其放电电压.

Abstract:Some compounds of LiCo_ 1-XM_XO_2 (M= Ni, Al, Mn, Bi, Zn; X=0.1, 0.2) were prepared by doping via high solid state synthesis and evaluated rapidly by means of powder microelectrode cyclic voltammetry method. The results showed that the changing and discharging voltage of the batteries made from the cathode materials doped with Al and Bi were increased. But the changing voltage was decreased and discharging voltage was increased of the batteries made from the cathode materials doped with other elements.
