分级钨粉提高钡钨阴极发射性能的研究

摘    要:提出采用流态化技术分级的新方法分级制备钡钨阴极用原料钨粉。该法能减少或避免粉末的假颗粒化和分级设备的壁效应现象,有效地制备在粒度组成上符合钡钨阴极特殊要求的钨粉。试验结果表明,用分级钨粉制备的钡钨阴极发射性能有了明显的提高和改善,从而显示出这种方法的巨大潜力。

Abstract:A classification method using fluidized technique was adapted for thepreparation of tungsten powder for bariated tungsten cathodes (BTC) in electro-nics industry. Simplicity, economy, practicability and a strong likelihood tobe applied in commercial production are features of this method. In addition, itcan reduce or avoid the agglomeration of tungsten powder and wall effect, thusproducing a tungsten powder with a desirable particle size distribution for BTC.The experiment showed that the emissivity of BTC was distinctly improved. Thismethod also has great potentialities for classificafion of other powders.
