| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管性不孕症诊治中的应用价值。方法将经子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）诊断为输卵管性不孕的116例患者,其中观察组58例进行宫腹腔镜联合治疗,对照组58例进行介入治疗;2组患者年龄、间质部、峡部、远端梗阻的输卵管条数等均无统计学差异,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果宫腹腔镜联合组术后输卵管通畅及宫内妊娠情况均显著优于介入治疗组（P〈0.05）。多因素分析表明输卵管黏膜异常显影、通畅度及其柔软度是影响预后的主要因素。结论联合宫腹腔镜治疗能明显提高输卵管通畅及宫内受孕率,术前输卵管功能评价能为选择个体化治疗方案提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application value of hysteroscopy in conjunction with laparoscopy treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube factors. Methods 116 cases of infertility caused by fallopian tube diagnosed by HSG were divided into two groups randomly. 58 cases were performed in examinations and operations by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, while another 58 cases examinations and operations with intervention treatment. The results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The rate of recanalization of fallopian tube and pregnancy rate were enhenced with hysteroscopy in conjunction laparoscopy treatment than those of with intervention treatment. Conclusion Hysteroscopy in conjunction with laparoscopy treatment can help to recover the fertility of the patients. |
