浅谈高校筹资战略中的募捐问题

随着高校办学成本的不断提高和国家对教育的有限投入，募集社会捐资已逐步成为我国高等教育成本分担的必要补充渠道。近年来，国内高校在募集社会捐资方面已呈现逐年上升的趋势，但在总体上还存在认识不清、力度不够、绩效不明显等问题。从阐述社会募捐对高校办学的重要意义出发，对募捐的决定因素、募捐的原则、募捐行为的实施等问题进行初步的探讨，以求提升高校募捐工作的效能，推动募捐工作健康发展。

On the Donations Issue in College Fund-Raising Strategy

With the continuous improvement on operating costs of college education and the limited input on edu- cation,raising donor community has gradually become China's necessary supplementary channels of higher edu- cation.In recent years,Chinese universities have been gradually appeared upward trend on raising donor com- munity.But on the whole,there are still some problems,such as understanding unclear,insufficient,and so on. This paper firstly elaborated the important significance on social donations,and then preliminary discussed the problems of the determining factors donation,donations principles,the implementation of fund-raising and so on in order to enhance the effectiveness of fund-raising work and to promote the healthy development of the donations work.
