| 摘 要： | 本文通过抗菌活性追踪, 从紫苏中分离纯化出了4种有效抗菌成分, 其中新化合物1具有明显的抗菌活性, 为开发抗菌类天然药物提供了物质基础和理论依据.

| Abstract: | Perilla frutescens(labiatae), as a Chinese traditional and herbal drug with a long history, was determined to consist of abundant bioactive constituents, which make it a potential resource for pharmaceutical utilization. The ethyl acetate extract of fresh Perilla frutescens was tested to have a strong antibacterial activity. Four compounds were obtained by column chromatography. |
