| 摘 要： | 对驼奶中氨基酸和人体必需微量金属元素进行了测定，并同牛奶做了比较．计算结果表明：驼奶含氨基酸总量为牛奶的１．０７倍；人体必需氨基酸总量为牛奶的１．０８倍；人体必需微量金属元素含量多数高于牛奶．

| Abstract: | The contents of amino acid and trace metal elements in the milk of camel have been determinated. The results show that the total amount of amino acid in the milk of camel is 1.07 times higher than those of milk. The total amount of necessary amino acid in the milk of camel is 1.08 times higher than those of milk .The content of trace metal elements needed in the human body is almost higher than those of milk. |
