| Abstract: | We give some simple algebraic conditions on the coefficients of aboundary value problem for a differential equations of Ventceltype, depending on a spectral parameter, which guarantee theexistence, uniqueness of a solution and coerciveness estimate, fora spectral parameter lying in some sector. |
