| 摘 要： | 考察黄连配伍肉桂前后微量元素的含量；定量测定黄连配伍肉桂前后微量元素含量的变化．用日立835微量元素分析仪．共测定了12种微量元素的含量．结果表明，黄连与肉桂配伍后某些微量元素含量会下降，且下降程度与肉桂的比例有关． |

| Abstract: | To study the changes of chemical constituents of Coptis chinensis Franch after compatibility with Cinnamomum cassia Presl ;to determine the amount of microelements in the decoction.SOLAAR-M6 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.12 microelements were determined.The amount of some microelements is decreased,and the decreased degree is related with the ratio of Cinnamomum cassia Presl . |
