摘    要:激光测粒仪中的矩形样品池的透明壁会对颗粒的散射光产生折射效应 ,该折射效应将影响光电探测器接收到的散射光的散射角和颗粒的视在位置。分别对样品池前置、后置及动态光散射三种情况下进行了分析 ,给出了校正公式。

Abstract:In a laser particle sizer,the transparent wall of the square sample cell produces a refraction of the light scattered by particles?This refraction will affect the scattering angle of the scattered light received by the photoelectric detector and the particles' viewing position from the photoelectric detector?Analyses under three situations-putting the sample cell before and after the Fourier lens and adopting dynamic light scattering technique-are carried out,the correcting formulae are given out.
