The Application and Research Progress of Molecule Probes for the Detection of Endogenous Nitric Oxide |

Abstract: | Nitric oxide is an important endogenous biomolecule and takes part in numerous physiological and biological processes. It is necessary to monitor the change of nitric oxide in order to understand the mechanisms of nitric oxide in physiological procedures. The review discusses in detail the application of molecule probes for the detection of endogenous nitric oxide in fluorescence, chemiluninescence, spectrophotometry, electrochemistry and electron paramagnetic resonance methods. 39 references are cited. |
