摘    要:基于绿原酸对鲁米诺-H2O2-辣根过氧化物酶化学发光体系具有强烈的抑制作用,建立了绿原酸的化学发光分析法,并探讨了其作用机理。化学发光强度的变化值与绿原酸浓度的对数在5.2×10-9~1.0×10-6g/mL范围内呈线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)达7.8×10-10g/mL。该方法成功用于金银花中绿原酸含量的测定,回收率为96.0%~100.7%。

Determination of trace chlorogenic acid by chemiluminescence method

Abstract:Based on the inhibition of chlorogenic acid on the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol-H2O2-horseradish peroxidase,a new chemiluminescence method has been developed for the determination of trace chlorogenic acid.The method was convenient,rapid and sensitive.The change of chemiluminescence intensity(ΔI) had a linear relationship with the logarithm of chlorogenic acid concentration in the range of 5.2×10-9~1.0×10-6 g/mL,and the detection limit(S/N=3) was 7.8×10-10 g/mL.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lonocera Japonica Thunb samples,and the recoveries were 96.0%~100.7 %.Futhermore,the inhibition mechanism was discussed in this paper.
