Specific features of preparation of polymer-carriers of physiologically active substances based on N-vinylsuccinimide derivatives

The results of investigations of specific features of N-vinylsuccinimide copolymerization with vinylacetate and N-vinylpyrrolidone in different media in the presence of various initiating systems are presented. A possibility of controlling the reactivity of comonomers and the structure of forming copolymers is demonstrated. The effect of the preparation method on the compositional homogeneity of copolymers is discussed.
