摘    要:利用红外热成像技术,在传热学理论研究和分析的基础上,研制了一套在线长距离管线保温评估软件系统,实现了长距离管线保温效果方便而快捷的在线检测与评估,研究结果在某厂长距离蒸汽管线上得到成功应用,在运行状况下进行了管线表面温度场的红外热像测试和保温评估,为厂方决策提供了科学依据。

Abstract:A software system to estimate the effect of heat presevent for long distance lines based on Larson Miller method and infrared image as well as the databases of operation parameters was established.Not only the effect of heat presevent for long distance lines can be given by the statistically analysis of temperatures,but also total heat loss can be given confidently by comparing of the results.A new on line statistically analysis method to obtain heat loss quickly and long distance has been developed by the software.More accurate lines replacement during shutdown can be made and better temperature adjustment for optimize production and minimize heat loss through this software.
