电容式传感器测量电路设计

摘    要:为适应多种电容式传感器的测量需求,设计一种基于单片机的电容测量电路,采用电容充放电方法,以高速单片机精确计时充电时间,根据电路参数计算电容容值.电路应用灵活,可根据电容大小调整电路参数,测量范围较大.

Abstract:To adapt the measuring of various kinds of capacitive transducer.A capacitance detecting-circuit based on MCU is designed in this paper,which adopt the charging and discharging method of capacitors,high-speed MCU is used to exacting the time,and the capacitance values can be calculated by these circuit parameters.This kind of circuit is so flexible that the capacitor's size can be adjusted according to the circuit, thus it has large detecting- range.
