摘    要:针对瞬态微光信号动态范围大、低端信号微弱的特点,提出一种新的对数域压缩探测方案.基于该方案的设计原理分析,选择合适器件,完成电路设计进行实验验证.实验研究表明,该方案可将120 dB的瞬态光信号压缩到0~5 V的范围内,在降低了电路复杂性和功耗的同时,可大大缓解后级数据采集单元的设计压力.

Abstract:Based on the properties of transient feeble optical signal,which is the wide dynamic range and the feeble lower limit signal,a novel detecting scheme compressing signal in logarithmic field is presented.After the principle analysis of the scheme,it is implemented to choose appreciate parts,design the circuitry and test.The results indicat that the approach can make transient optical signal ranged 120 dB compress in the range of 0~5 V.And together with the circuitry design simplifies and the dissipation decreases,the troubles at the back data acquisition module can be lessened greatly.
