摘 要: | 分析了相关跟踪系统摆镜的设计要求,对摆镜的减重方式进行了研究.选择SiC材料作为镜体材料,设计了三种镜体结构.使用Ansys作为求解器对所设计的镜体结构进行了自重条件下的静力分析,以及频率为100 HZ、振幅±0.1 mrad时的瞬态动力学分析,并给出了不同镜体结构下的计算结果比较.为便于处理有限元结果数据和光学表征参量的关系,在MATLAB环境下编写了统一数据处理程序.计算结果表明所设计的三种方案能够满足光学系统的性能要求.

Design and Research of Tip/Tilt Mirror in a Space TelescopeCorrelation Tracking System |

Abstract: | The design requirements of tip/tilt mirrors in correlation tracking systems and the weight reduction modes of tip/tilt mirrors are analyzed.SiC is chosen as mirror materials and three structures are designed. ANSYS is used to simulate static analysis of different designed structures in gravity field and transient dynamic analysis at 100Hz and ±0.1mrad. In order to study the relationship between ANSYS data and optical parameters easily, programs are compiled in MATLAB. Results show that the three structures meet the performance requirements of optical systems. |
