微小区域热场的测试与分析

摘    要:本文用显微热成像系统测量微小区域的表面温度和用数值模拟方法分析微小区域内的温度分布,对被测表面进行了发射率标定和环境辐射修正,三维稳态数值模拟着重考虑了界面接触热阻的处理。文中用以上手段分析了场效应功率器件的热可靠性。

Abstract:The surface temperature and body temperature distribution of power FET are measured and analyzed by means of micro-thermal video system and numerical modelling respectively.The surface emissivity and environment radiation coefficient are calibrated. The thermal contact resistances of material interfaces are taken into consideration and found playing an important role on chip temperature rise through three dimensional static numerical modelling.
