The Identification of Three Different Types of Gallstones by FT-Raman Spectroscopy |

| Abstract: | Abstract The Fourier Transform-Raman（FT-Raman） and Fourier Trans- form Infrared （FT-IR）spectra of 64 specimens of gallstones were measured.The results show that thebe gallstones which exhibit different composition and structures have very different FT－Raman spectra. The FT- Raman Spec-troscopy may be used to as a sensitive and reliable method for distinguishing three kinds of gallstones：cholesterol gallstones， brown pigment gallstone and black pigment gallstone. |
