| Abstract: | Partial least-square(PLS)method is one of the most powerful multiple analysis methods.In this paper,a new fast partial least-square(FPLS)method is proposed to increase the calculating speed,The fundamentals of two-dimensional and three-dimens- ional FPLS are presented and applicable conditions of FPLS ale discussed.For practical application,FPLS is used for pattern recognition and quantitative analysis of HPLC diode array detector data.It is shown that FPLS has the same precision as PLS,and the caleu]a- ting time has been greatly decreased, |
