偏心圆锯锯割竹材胶合板的初步试验

摘    要:试验目的在于以偏心圆锯有效偏心量。供试圆锯是直径335mm、齿数50、锯厚2.0mm、锯路2.4mm的硬质合金锯片,每次锯下厚5mm的竹材胶合板,测定进给阴力、切削功率。实验因子是偏心量为0.0、0.25、0.50、0.70、1.00、1.25mm;锯片转速3000r/min;进料速度为8、14m/min。

Abstract:An eccentric circular saw produces a sort of vibratory sawing effect and requires less sawing resistance than a conventional saw if a suitable eccentricity is provided. To find an effective eccentricity for vibratory sawing. Bamboo plywood was ripsawn into 5 mm thick slats by means of a 355 mm diameter carbide tipped saw with thickness of 2.0 mm, a saw kerf of 2.4 mm, fifty teeth, and five expansion slots. The expermental factors were eccentricity (0, 0.25, 0.75 , 1.00 and 1.25 mm), with spindle speed (3000 r/min), and feed rate (8, 14 m/min).
