摘    要:用熔融聚合法合成了一种蓖麻油和乳酸的共聚物.以丁二酸酐作为共聚体系的引发剂和封端剂,制得端羧基共聚物P(LA-CO)-COOH.研究了反应条件对共聚物分子量的影响,通过核磁共振表征了共聚物的结构.DSC和TG研究表明,蓖麻油链段的引入破坏了聚乳酸的结晶性,提高了共聚物的热稳定性.

Abstract:A novel copolymer(P(LA-CO)) based on castor oil(CO) and lactic acids(LA) was synthesized by melt polycondensation.Carboxyl-terminated P(LA-CO) copolymer was synthesized by adding succine anhydride as initiator and capping agent.The conditions of polymerization,such as reaction temperature,reaction time were studied systematically.The structure of the resulting copolymers was characterized by 1H-NMR spectroscopy.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis were used to investigate the thermal properties of the copolymers,and the results show that no crystallization and melting peaks appear on DSC curves and that the glass transition temperatures of copolymers decrease and the thermal stability of copolymers increases with increasing the contents of castor oil segments.
