土壤激光诱导等离子体光谱环境气体增强特性研究

摘    要:利用Nd:YAG脉冲激光器(波长:1064 nm)作为光源,在空气与Ar环境下激光诱导土壤等离子体,通过等离子体原子发射光谱分析了环境气体对土壤激光诱导等离子发射光谱特性的影响。实验研究了土壤激光诱导等离子体发射光谱时间演化特性,测定了土壤Cr元素的LIBS定标曲线。实验结果表明,环境Ar对土壤激光诱导等离子体发射光谱具有显著的增强作用,增加等离子驻留时间,改善元素浓度与光谱线强度之间的线性关系,提高土壤LIBS检测方法的灵敏度。

Abstract:Emission characteristics of laser induced plasma of soil in ambient gas are analyzed.The pulsed 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser is used as ablation source,a microscope plasma is generated in Ar and air atmosphere, and the emission spectral is recorded.The time evolution of the characteristic spectral lines and background are recorded and analyzed.By measuring the intensities of the characteristic spectral lines with Cr of different concentrations,the calibration lines are obtained in air and Ar atmosphere.The experime...
