| Abstract: | Isothermal vapour-liquid equilibrium data have been obtained for binary mixtures of methanol, ethanol, n-propanol or n-butanol with 1,2-dichloroethane at 323.15 K using a dynamic method. VLE data have been tested for thermodynamic consistency and also fitted to Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC equations. UNIFAC predictions and experimental data are compared. |
