蛋白质分子中多紧密接触对的几率特征

摘    要:利用无规飞行高斯模型,研究四个分离的紧密接触对的分子链构象,推导了四紧密接触对的12种不同拓扑构象的几率分布理论表达式,计算了相应的几率分布的相关函数。这为理论上研究生物高分子结构特征和动力特征提供一种非常有效的方法。

Abstract:The native conformation of protein is intensely related to the number of contacts, which usually break up into some groups. Therefor, it is very important to know contact's distribution clearly, in order to study structural and dynamical properties of compact protein.We first calculate probability distribution of single and double contacts in detail. By adopting similarly way, we investigate a group of four contacts between segments in the Gaussian random-flight model of polymer chains .It is obvious that, in generally,probability distribution and correlation function of four contacts are more complex then single contact's, double contacts',triple contacts'. It reflect probabilities properties in protein molecules, and it is also conform to the complexity of conformation of polymer.
