责任道德关怀与高效课堂的重构

摘    要:责任道德关怀是儒家仁学文化体系的一个组成部分。高效课堂是教学效果的最大化,责任道德关怀与高效课堂相结合,责任体现出的是目标,道德是基础,关怀是手段。它们的结合建构出一种新型课堂模式,即和谐课堂模式。高效课堂以知识传递为中心,以责任道德关怀为手段,在教师角色观念转换中,达到和谐课堂的目的。师生之间通过课堂交流、融合,学生学到了知识、增长了技能;教师实现了教书育人,尽到了教师的责任。
