| Abstract: | The celestial bodies can influence the atmosphereic pressure system of the earth through the action of the gravitation, electromagnetic force, weak force and strong force with each other, which can afterwards affect the weather on the earth. When the sun, the moon and the planets affected the some latitude or some area, the weather would express a type of distigushed drought and water logging. |
