基于DSP的直线感应电机模糊矢量控制系统研究

摘    要:针对直线感应电机强耦合、多变量、非线性、时变的控制特点,将模糊控制策略应用到转差频率直线感应电机矢量控制系统中。建立了计及端部效应的直线感应电机等效数学模型,设计了基于DSP的直线感应电机模糊控制系统的软硬件,采用磁链开环、速度和电流闭环的矢量控制系统,对速度模糊控制器进行了设计。对直线感应电机在起动和负载情况下的动态特性进行了仿真实验,结果表明:采用模糊控制实现的直线感应电机转差频率矢量控制系统比具有基本数学模型的传统PI控制系统具有更强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:The fuzzy logic strategy is introduced to the slip frequency vector control system for Linear Induction Motor(LIM), as the LIM is a strong-coupling, multi-variable facts, nonlinear, and time-variant. The mathematical model taking account of end effect for LIM is established, and the Fuzzy Logic Vector Control System Based on DSP for LIM is designed in the paper. Open magnetic flux loop, fuzzy controlled double closed loop system for the speed and current, and the speed fuzzy controller are designed. The simulation when LIM is started up and the system is with load is carried out. The results show that LIM slip frequency vector control adopting fuzzy control is more robust than traditional PI control.
