摘    要:针对传统PID控制算法对于农作物烘干控制方法存在的不足,以实现对农作物高效、节能的干燥为目的,设计了一种新型农作物干燥控制系统。系统采用DS18B20、SHT10为信息采集源,将采集到的温湿度信息传递到以C8051F340单品机为核心的控制器进行整个干燥过程的控制决策。系统应用了BP神经网络PID控制算法调节温湿度。

Abstract:Traditional PID control algorithm for crop drying inadequate control methods exist to achieve the crop efficiency, energy saving drying for the purpose of designing a new type of crop drying control system. System uses DS18B20, SHT10 source for the information collection, transfer the collected information to the temperature and humidity in a single product machine C8051F340 as the core controller to control the decision-making throughout the drying process. System Application of BP neural network PID control algorithm to adjust the temperature and humidity.
