| 摘 要： | 用荧光光度法研究了桑色素－Triton－X100－十二烷基硫酸钠－铍（Ⅱ）体系测定方法及条件在pH在12．5的H3BO3－NaOH缓冲溶液中，检测限为0．01μg／ml，铍的含量在0．1～1μg／ml范围内呈线性关系。本法灵敏度高、选择性好，可不加有机试剂萃取，在水相中直接进行测定合金及水样中痕量铍。结果令人满意。
