均匀设计优化烧伤油一号的制备条件

摘    要:采用均匀设计以及拟水平法 ,对可能影响烧伤油一号质量的 3个因素进行试验考察。并对试验结果运用偏最小二乘法与残差分析进行回归分析。分析结果表明 :烧伤油一号最佳工艺条件是 :紫草种类 :紫草 ;油温 :175℃ ;浸渍时间 :19小时。采用优选制备条件实验表明 ,优选工艺是可信的。

Abstract:The three factors that may affact quality of Abustion Oil No.1 were observed experimentally by using Uniform Desigh and Drafting level.The test result was analysed with Partial Least Square and Residual Analyse.The result of regression analysis shows that the best preparation condition are:Kind of Radix Amebize seu Lithospermi is Lithospermum Erythrorhizon Sieb.et  Zucc.;Temperature of oil is 175℃;Soak time is 19 hours.The experiment that optimum seeking preration condition was applied shows the preperation condition is believable.
