| 摘 要： | 以R-萘酚与对苯二异氰酸酯为单体发生聚合反应,制备出聚氨酯手性选择体,并将其键合到氨丙基硅胶表面得到相应的手性固定相.测试了这种固定相的分离能力,研究了流动相的组成、温度及缓冲溶液对手性识别的影响.
