| Abstract: | The photodimerization reaction of synthetic polymers which contain thymine bases was studied in polymethyl methacrylate film. The quantum efficiency for the photodimerization of the thymine bases of polyacrylate and polymethacrylate, fixed in the polymethyl methacrylate film was measured. The value of the film was higher than those measured in solution. |
