亚微型锐钛矿二氧化钛空心球的制备与表征

摘    要:以葡萄糖为前驱物,制备了大小不同(250~750nm)的胶质碳球;以胶质碳球为模板,钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为前驱物,运用溶胶-凝胶法制备了大小不同(200~500nm),壁厚可调(25~100nm)的锐钛矿二氧化钛亚微型空心球.二氧化钛空心球的形貌与结构由透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及比表面积测试仪来表征.X射线衍射测试表明:二氧化钛空心球为完全的锐钛矿结构.由于在煅烧过程中发生了塌缩,二氧化钛空心球的直径大约是碳球模板直径的70%.

Abstract:Various carbon spheres(250~750 nm) have been prepared using glucose as precursor through hydrothermal method.TiO2 hollow spheres with different diameters(200~500 nm) and tailored shell thickness(25~100 nm) have been successfully prepared using hydrophilic colloidal carbon spheres as template and TBT(tetrabutyl titanate) as precursor.The hollow spherical structures are characterized by BET,TEM and SEM.The XRD indicates that there is no other phase except anatase in those TiO2 hollow spheres.The diameters of the hollow spheres are about 70% of those of the carbon spheres due to the shrinkage occurring during the calcination.
