塑料与玻璃基体Ni-Cr桥丝爆发规律研究

摘    要:为从理论上推导出Ni-Cr桥丝式换能元的临界爆发电压和电流的计算公式,以塑料和玻璃两种基体的Ni-Cr桥丝换能元件为研究对象,通过实验,用D最优化法测试其50%爆发电压、电流值,得出电爆规律,并利用集总参数法建立桥丝升温方程,计算出恒流作用时桥丝的临界爆发电流及电容放电作用时桥丝的临界爆发电压,实验值与理论计算值对比结果表明两者比较吻合,给出的临界爆发电压电流的计算公式符合实际情况.

Abstract:In order to deduce the calculation formulas of critical explosive voltage and current of bridge wire components in theory, two aspects of the research have been done. First, the values of 50% explosive voltage and 50% explosive current of Ni-Cr bridge wires with plastic and glass plug were experimentally measured and the explosive properties were summarized using the method of D-optimization. Then, on the basis of the above, the bridge wire calefactive function could be derived in analysis and the critical explosive voltage and current could be calculated. At last, the calculation values were compared with experimental values. The compared results show that the calculation values agree well with the experimental ones. That means the deduced formulas to calculate critical explosive voltage and current are reasonable in reality.
