锦葵科植物花粉壁的超微结构观察

摘    要:利用超薄切片技术在透射电子显微镜下观察了锦葵科七种花粉壁的超微结构,结果表明:用透射电镜可观察到花粉外壁、外壁纹饰及萌发孔的内部结构,但不同种的花粉壁的细微结构有明显差别。

Abstract:In this paper, the ultramicrostructures of the wall of seven species of pollen grains of Malvaceae were observed by ultrathin sectioniong technique in Transmission Electron Microscope. The results showed that the internal structures of the exine, sculpture and germinal pore of the pollen grain can be examined. The unltramicrostructures of the pollen grain wall of various species were different, and there was a marked difference between the pollen grains of different species.
