| 摘 要： | 介绍了深圳电信面向本地通信网络的新网控中心的规划建设思路，详细分析了现有各网管系统组网结构上存在的问题，提出了相应DCN建设的规划方案，并通过各专业网管的搬迁实施过程，对原有组网不合理之处进行了改善和优化。
