摘    要:本文报道利用Ca部分取代Y的方法,将空穴引入绝缘的YBa2Cu3O6系统中,使其发生由绝缘体到超导体的转变,并通过研究其电子输运性质、磁性质,以及晶体结构的变化,揭示了具有适当载流子浓度的CuO面是维持高Tc超导电性的重要条件。关键词

Abstract:By the substitution of Ca for Y, the holes are introduced into the insulating host material YBa2Cu3O6, and an insulator-to-metal transition, as well as superconductivity at 60K, is observed. The measurements of crystal structure, resistivity and ac susceptibility are performed, and the results indicate that the CuO planes with sufficient carrier concentration is the important condition for sustaining the high-Tc superconductivity.
