摘    要:以脂肪酸和三辛基氧化膦为表面活性剂,采用高温热解硒与镉的前聚体,制备出分散性好的CdSe纳米晶.吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究表明,控制反应时间可以改变CdSe纳米晶的荧光强度.

Abstract:Monodisperse surfactant-capped CdSe nanocrystals were prepared by th e pyrolysis of ligands of Se and Cd in a hot coordinating solvent.The CdSe nanoc rystals synthesized at different reaction times have been characterized by UV-V is and fluorescence (FL) spectra.Results of UV-Vis and FL spectra showed that t he CdSe nanocrystals prepared at the reaction time of 15 min exhibited the large st fluorescence intensity.
