摘    要:以HNO3与盐酸消解酒样品,原子吸收光谱法连续测定酒样中微量金属元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Pb、Cd的含量。方法线性好,灵敏度高,检出限低,干扰小,样品加标回收率为93.5%—103.6%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%,结果令人满意。方法简便、快速,准确度和灵敏度均满足实验要求,在企业中间产品检验中能快速提供监测结果。

Abstract:The wine sample was digested by hydrochloric acid and HNO3.The metals as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Pb and Cd were determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry continuously.Good linear,high sensitivity,low detection limit,were obtainted with less interference.The method recovery was 93.5%—103.6%.The relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%,with satisfactory results.The method is rapid,simple and its sensitivity and accuracy can meet requirement of intermediate products in the enterprise.
