| Abstract: | Catalytic phosphorylation of  -polyfluoroalkylbenzyl alcohols with excess 1,1-dihydropolyfluoroalkyl dichlorophosphates afforded (1,1-dihydropolyfluoroalkyl) (-polyfluoroalkylbenzyl) chlorophosphates in a high yield.
