东部沿海经济发达地区城市边缘小城镇发展导向研究

：城市边缘小城镇在不断受到中心城市辐射扩张的"冲击"下,目前仍以自身相对独立的体系寻求发展,在内部力求平衡.因此,城市边缘小城镇作为当前城市发展中最具敏感性的地域实体,在小城镇发展研究中具有特殊意义.以浙江省绍兴福全镇为实例,通过对其现状特点和发展动力机制的综合研究,探析城市边缘小城镇今后的发展方向及在规划中应值得关注的问题,从而正确引导这类小城镇与中心城市统筹协调发展.

Discussion about the developmental orientation of small towns on the fringe of cities in developed southeast littoral area

Though influenced by the impaction from center cities, the small towns on the fringe of cities have still been a relatively independent system for their development and strived to keep balance in the interior. So being the sensitivest districts, the small towns on the fringe of cities have the special meaning on the research into the small towns-' development. With the example of the Fuquan Town in Shaoxing of Zhejiang Province, the paper reviews a few problems such as the developmental orientation of small towns in the future and the important problems in their planning by the analysis of the characteristics of the present conditions and the developing motive mechanism, so that guides small towns to develop properly by liking with these small towns and center cities.
