高Q中介微波介质陶瓷的研制

摘    要:用传统固相反应法制备了CaTiO3-Ca(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-CaSmAlO4微波介质陶瓷材料。探讨了各组分比例变化对陶瓷烧结及微波介电性能的影响。通过XRD、SEM等分析测试手段对材料的晶相组成、显微结构进行了研究。所研究的该系列陶瓷材料大部分都具有良好的微波介电性能:εr为45~50,Q·f0>38000GHz,τf<10×10–6℃–1。

Abstract:The microwave dielectric materials of CaTiO3-Ca(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-CaSmAlO4 ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. The effects of modification in the proportion of composition on the sintering behavior and the microwave dielectric properties of CaTiO3-Ca(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-CaSmAlO4 ceramics were studied. The crystalline phase and microstructure of the sintered samples were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively. Most of these CaTiO3-Ca(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-CaSmAlO4 ceramics exhibit excellent microwave dielectric properties: εr=45~50, Q·f0≥3 8000 GHz, τf<10×10–6℃–1.
