| Abstract: | Screening G-quadruplex ligands from natural plants is important because the ligands may be potential antitumor drugs. A new screening strategy is proposed based on the combination of dialysis and G-quadruplex recognition technique which could separates G-quadruplex ligand from natural extracts and elucidate the structure of this ligand. This result offers a novel approach to obtain active antitumor compounds. |
