摘    要:对野生及液体静置培养蜜环菌菌索多糖含量及其对小鼠免疫功能影响进行比较.结果表明:野生蜜环菌菌索多糖(AMPw)含量为22.37g/kg菌索, 液体培养蜜环菌菌索多糖(AMPc)含量为150.03g/kg菌索.蜜环菌菌索多糖AMPw 、AMPc剂量均为300mg/kg/d对小鼠灌胃(ig)给药时,二者对正常小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)有显著增强作用,均能显著增加正常小鼠溶血素的生成,且AMPw 、AMPc的作用之间无显著性差异.上述结果表明AMPc含量远大于AMPw含量,两者之间的免疫活性具有一致性.

Abstract:Polysaccharide from the rhizomorph of cultivated Armillaria mellea (A.m)(AMPc) and its immunological activity were compared with that of wild A.m(AMPw). These data showed that the content of AMPw and AMPc was 22.37g/kg and 150.03g/kg, respectively. AMPw or AMPc given ig 300mg/kg/d obviously enhanced the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) response and stimulated the production of hemolysin in normal mice. There were no evident difference between the effect of AMPw and that of AMPc. The results have proven that AMPc exceeded evidently over AMPw in the content, and they had equal immunological activity.
