| Abstract: | This paper discusses some special problems on the compilation of modern historic chart atlas. These problems consist mainly of the functions and the editing policy, the choice of mathematics basis, the overall plan of the organization and the technical disposal on some special elements of the atlas. They have been used and verified in the compilation of modern historic chart atlas of Zhejiang sea area and should have a referential value for other sea areas of China. |
